if i hit the bench press this summer will my chest fat burn and turn into leaner tighter muscle how to burn chest fat February 3
i started around mid may. I have some chest fat that bothers me i am not that fat just a little chubby around IF I hit the benches every other day and gradually increase weight will I lose this fat in time for august 20th? Its not that much but its enough to bother me.

Reader Reply: it depends. If you lift light and do many reps its will tone and turn into lean muscle. If you lift heavier you will get bulky chest muscles and wont have the muscle definition
Reader Reply: go with lighter weight and more reps, this will define your muscles and burn some of the excess fat quicker. heavy weight for strenght. the more reps and lighter weight will also help your stamina.
Reader Reply: yes i do heavy weight on the bench and i have almost no chest fat and my muscle got tight and strong and in 1 month you could see major results just keep with it
